Proto Labs (PRLB)’s stock was the highest gainer across the NYSE and Nasdaq today. The firm, which provides 3D printing services, reported earnings that topped Wall Street analysts’ estimates.
Stock analysts had estimated Q4 earnings would come in around $32.7 million, but Proto Labs reported Q4 earnings of $33.6 million.
As stated by Proto Lab's management: “these excellent results in the fourth quarter were the result of record quarterly revenues from each of our global operations in the United States, Europe and Japan”.
The stock (PRLB) rose 25.76% (up $10.82) to end the day at $52.82
